To help ensure the best possible spa experience for you and all of our guests we request that you review the points of etiquette as outlined here.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Rejuvenation Day Spa accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. You may also pay by cash, check, gift certificate or prepaid series. To ensure that we properly handle your payment, please do not leave without checking out.

Alcohol

We ask that you refrain from consuming alcohol before your treatments. Our treatments have a strong therapeutic effect on the body and alcohol is counter-productive to this process. In some cases, it can be detrimental.

Amenities

Each locker room has a steam room, shower, towels, personal locker, a hair dryer and grooming amenities. A robe, sandals and a locker key will be provided for use during your visit.

Cancellation Protocol

For individual services, we require 24 hours notice to cancel. For packages or groups of four or more, we require 48 hours notice. If full notice is not provided, you will be billed 50% per treatment cost reserved. True no-show appointments will be billed at 100% per treatment cost reserved. We sincerely appreciate your consideration in honoring our cancellation protocol.

Children

Our treatments are suitable for individuals 13 or older with parental consent. We request that children 12 and under do not accompany you.

Mobile Devices

The spa environment is tranquil and relaxing. Cellular phones are not permitted in the spa. They must be turned off and stored in your locker. A spa coordinator will gladly “baby sit” your cell phone if you have an on-call situation.

Gift Certificates

The perfect gift is just a phone call away. A spa coordinator will be happy to help you make your selection. Gift certificates are not refundable. We do not accept checks for gift certificate purchases.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in spa pricing. You may tip using cash, check, credit card or gift certificate.

Perfumes

We ask that you please avoid wearing perfumes or colognes so we are able to ensure a healthy environment for all.

Punctuality

We strongly recommend that you arrive and check in 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment will end at its scheduled time to honor the next client.

Quiet in the Sanctuary

Our sanctuary is a quiet area where guests may relax, read or meditate. Please limit conversation and use soft voices.

Scheduling

We now require a credit card to book your appointment. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving Rejuvenation. Our weekends tend to book up quickly and far in advance – we recommend planning ahead, especially for larger groups.
